Sharmi Yoga

Breathe and Flow is a practice that will give you the best part of two yoga varieties. Where Hatha slows things down and encourages you to hold postures, stretch and breathe deeply; Vinyasa plays with flowing through postures in a sequence. We work to warm the body, flow, and cool down with longer holds.

Suitable for all levels, including beginners, as well as those who have only practiced Hatha and would like a slow intro to Vinyasa.

09.30 to 10.45 every Tuesday in the upstairs hall.
